About the role

Anabas is a dynamic, national Facilities Management provider focused on delivering outstanding workplace experiences for corporate office occupiers.

We are looking for an experienced Account Manager to act as the primary off-site representative, leading the strategic and operational delivery of Total Facilities Management services across multiple client environments.

This is a pivotal role responsible for creating a safe, seamless and high-quality workplace experience, spanning workplace programmes, relocation projects, asset management and day-to-day facilities operations.

You will bring a strong blend of management expertise and stakeholder leadership, confidently balancing client expectations with supplier performance through a proactive, solutions-driven approach.

Act as a key member of the operations managementteam, ensuring the delivery of a 5-star TFM service to the client base.

Ensurebuilding services, planned works and reactive works are followed through bysite management and specialist teams.

Workwith site, facilities managers, the Anabas Helpdesk and approvedsub-contractors to ensureclient-specific SLAs and KPIs are achieved.

EnsureHealth & Safety procedures are in place, compliance is achieved andsuitable records are maintained.

Establishthe correct service standards and ensure agreed SLAs and KPIs are consistentlymet.

Salary: £50,000pa

Location: London City

Employment Type: Permanent

Hours: 8:00am5:00pm, with flexibility required to support business needs

Pre-employment vetting: Required, including a DBS check

Quality, Risk and Service Improvement

Implement quality control and performancemeasurement procedures to maintain high standards of service, quality andcontractual compliance.

Proactivelyidentify gaps in service provision and develop innovative business solutions tosupport organic growth across TFM services.

Preparebusiness cases for the Account Director where additional opportunities,improvements or service enhancements are identified.

Proactivelymanage risk through audits and effective coordination with subcontractors,landlords and regulatory bodies.

Client and Stakeholder Management

Build excellent relationships with clientsthrough effective account management strategies.

Encouragestrong working relationships between operational teams and clientrepresentatives.

Deliveraccurate service delivery and performance reports to client stakeholders andthe Anabas senior management team.

Commercial and Financial Management

Hold overall budgetary accountability for thecontracts within your portfolio.

Ensureequipment, payroll, materials and subcontractor costs are managed within agreedbudgets.

People Management

Communicate clearly and positively with staff atall levels.

Createa focus on employee engagement, business goals and a positive workingenvironment.

Skills, Experience and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will be able todemonstrate the following skills and experience.

Essential

5-10 years demonstrable experience within theBuilding Services or TFM sector, including delivery of complex services andcontractual interpretation.

Provenexperience providing leadership within similar-sized organisations.

Abilityto manage diverse TFM portfolios with varying needs and priorities.

Experienceof robust budget management, process improvement, team leadership andrelationship management.

Customer-drivenapproach with a strong focus on continuous improvement.

Abilityto communicate professional, concise and accurate information in written andverbal formats.

Willingnessto challenge assumptions and work collaboratively with colleagues to identifynew solutions.

Strongworking knowledge of Microsoft Office.

Flexibilityto meet the needs of the business.

Desirable

Degree-level education in a relevant BuildingServices discipline, or equivalent experience.

Willingness to travel UK-wide, including someovernight stay where required.
