About the role:

As Account Manager and Retentions Advisor you will be responsible for managing merchant retention activity across a varied portfolio of customers. You will take ownership of cases from initial contact through to final resolution.

What you’ll do:

Provide fast and accurate answers to existing customers

Adhering to service level agreements (SLA’s)

General sales administration duties

What you bring:

A consistent approach and high attention to detail

Positive outlook and a ‘can do’ attitude

Excellent interpersonal and communication skills

Strong business sense and market knowledge

Using initiative and taking ownership to drive through results

An ability to multi-task and prioritise effectively
