At Nuffield Health, our purpose is to build a healthier nation. As Strategy & Delivery Manager, you will play a key role in shaping and delivering our organisational strategy, working closely with the Head of Strategy & Customer Experience and senior leaders across the business.

Supporting our five strategic ambitions, you will help develop and execute strategic plans, drive transformational change, and ensure successful delivery of high-impact initiatives that enhance customer experience, improve operational performance, and strengthen our position as the UK's leading health and wellbeing charity.

As our Strategy & Delivery Manager you’ll:

Support the development, review and execution of group and business unit strategies in partnership with Executive leadership and key stakeholders.

Analyse market trends, competitor activity and customer insights, translating findings into actionable strategic recommendations.

Lead the development of business cases, financial modelling and high-quality papers for Executive, Board and governance committees.

Drive the implementation of strategic initiatives, transformation programmes, new products and service launches across the organisation.

Build alignment around strategic priorities, ensuring effective collaboration across business units, sites and central teams.

Provide focused support to emerging or stalled initiatives, identifying solutions and creating momentum for delivery.

Collaborate with senior leaders to shape commercial opportunities, proposition development and organisational change programmes.

To succeed as a Strategy & Delivery Manager you’ll bring:

Degree-level qualification or equivalent professional experience.

Proven experience developing strategy reviews, business cases and evaluating market opportunities.

Demonstrable success delivering strategic initiatives within large, complex organisations.

Strong analytical, financial modelling and problem-solving capabilities.

Experience leading and influencing cross-functional teams to deliver business change.

Ability to build credibility and work effectively with senior stakeholders, including Executive and Board-level leaders.

Background in management consulting, strategy, transformation or strategic delivery roles, ideally within the UK healthcare or wellbeing sector.
