Duties:
- Process Quarterly & Annual payroll filings for clients & assist in Form 1099 Filings - Assist in preparation of Compiled financial statements - Perform complete accounting function for small business clients, from recording original transactions through production of financial statements - Prepare excel reports of client accounting data for use in preparing tax returns - Prepare excel reports for investment income of trusts & estates
Requirements:
- At least 2 years of experience in bookkeeping or accounting - Knowledge of accounting principles and practices - Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and QuickBooks - Experience with brokerage statements is a plus.
