Job Summary

The Senior Data Security Specialist is responsible for overseeing and managing data security within the organization. This role requires strong analytical, communication, and technical skills to ensure successful data security and alignment with organizational goals.

Essential Job Responsibilities

Lead and manage data security teams to ensure high-quality results.

Develop and implement data security plans, timelines, and budgets.

Coordinate with stakeholders to gather data security requirements and ensure alignment with organizational goals.

Monitor data security progress and make necessary adjustments to ensure timely completion.

Provide regular updates and reports to senior management on data security status.

Identify and mitigate potential risks and issues that may impact data security success.

Foster a collaborative and productive work environment within the data security team.

Qualifications & Requirements

Education

Required: Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.

Preferred: Master's degree in Information Technology or a related field.

Experience

Required: Minimum of 7 years of experience in data security or a related field.

Preferred: Experience in leading data security teams and managing data security projects.
