
Body Shop / Collision Center Parts Coordinator (Min. 2 Yrs. Exp)
About the role
Collision Repair Shop looking for experienced Parts Coordinator. Knowledge of CCC One preferred. You will be primarily responsible for:
Making sure the shop has all parts necessary to repair each vehicle. Work with Estimator and Production Manager to track, follow up, receive, check in, mirror match, organize all parts deliveries.
Utilize CCC Parts Tab to track all parts orders, Online Training on Tools tab on upper right
Enter parts invoices and scan into CCC
Update Production Scheduler and/or Production Board when parts are checked in and ready for Production
Track parts orders for each car in production
Follow up with vendors as necessary
Receive, check in, and mirror match all parts
Promptly inform Estimator and/or Production Manager of any missing, incorrect, damaged, or otherwise unusable part
Make sure all parts are delivered timely
Keep track of parts returns and make sure credits are issued
Monitor and re-stock shop supplies
Print QR Codes for each parts rack
Build, match, organize, inventory, stage, and cleanup parts rack before, during and after repairs.
