What You Will Do:
Support Project Managers (PM) in the construction group
Build and maintain information in project files
Establish and maintain good working relations with all key vendors
Enter and expedite all purchase orders with manufacturers
Manage, update and communicate ship schedules to Project Managers and customer’s weekly
Utilize DJC for ship schedules and customer releases
Manage billing recap on all projects; including credits, and billings
Compile Submittal and O&M packages for review
Other duties as assigned
What You Will Bring:
Ability to work directly with customers and suppliers
Able to work independently, handle multiple tasks, and prioritize
Computer literate, knowledge of NCE computer system, Word, Outlook, Excel
Able to utilize internet to get product information from manufacturer websites for submittal information
Detail oriented
Can-do attitude, work well as part of a team,
Physical Requirements and Work Environment:
Office/warehouse environment
Heavy computer and phone use
Usual 40-hour work-week Monday through Friday, however, based on business needs, evening and weekend hours may occasionally be required
Requires punctual regular and reliable on-site attendance.
Additional Requirements:
Must be authorized to work in the United States without current or future visa sponsorship.

Salary & Compensation:
This position is non-exempt and is eligible for overtime
Pay is $28.27/hour - $35.34/hour, DOE.
