Where You’ll Make a Difference

Lead the operation and performance of all site warehouses, ensuring inventory accuracy, efficient material flow, and compliance with storage requirements

Oversee inbound and outbound logistics activities to support production requirements and customer service objectives

Manage site facilities, infrastructure, and support services to ensure safe, reliable, and cost-effective operations

Lead facility maintenance programs, improvement projects, and contractor management activities

Direct the site's physical security and asset protection programs to safeguard employees, visitors, facilities, inventory, and company assets

Manage security systems, access controls, service providers, risk mitigation initiatives, and security-related investigations

Oversee employee transportation services, ensuring safe, reliable, and efficient transportation operations

Lead site administrative services, budgets, contracts, compliance activities, reporting processes, and business support functions

Develop and lead teams while driving continuous improvement, productivity, cost optimization, operational excellence, and regulatory compliance initiatives

What Makes You the Right Fit

Bachelor’s degree in Chemical Engineering, Food Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a related field

5–7 years of experience managing warehousing, facilities, administration, transportation, security, or operational support functions within a manufacturing environment

Proven leadership experience managing multidisciplinary teams and driving operational performance

Advanced English communication skills, both written and verbal

Experience working with Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) systems, preferably SAP

Strong knowledge of warehouse management, inventory control, logistics, and facility operations

Experience managing budgets, contractors, service providers, and operational expenditures

Knowledge of security management, asset protection, regulatory compliance, and risk mitigation programs

Strong analytical, organizational, problem-solving, and decision-making skills

Experience within food ingredients, food manufacturing, agricultural processing, or chemical manufacturing industries

Proven track record leading operational excellence, productivity, or cost reduction initiatives

Experience managing large-scale facilities, warehousing operations, or physical security programs
