Operations Supervisor

Objective

Responsible for supervising and managing operational activities, ensuring the effective execution of day-to-day tasks while contributing to the achievement of the organization's goals, standards, and policies.

Main Responsibilities

Resolve operational delays and issues by making timely and effective decisions to support team performance.

Evaluate team members objectively and assign responsibilities based on individual skills and capabilities.

Prioritize tasks according to production schedules and business objectives, delegating responsibilities to team leaders to ensure operational efficiency.

Communicate departmental goals clearly and monitor progress to ensure objectives are achieved.

Address employee concerns, suggestions, and workplace conflicts, escalating cases to Human Resources when necessary.

Assess and develop employees' skills through continuous coaching and training for both new hires and experienced staff.

Promote and enforce company policies, procedures, and operational standards to ensure compliance.

Monitor workflows and assigned activities, reorganizing resources and processes when needed to improve performance.

Plan and organize personnel, resources, and schedules to maximize productivity and operational efficiency.

Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations to maintain a safe work environment and prevent unsafe conditions and behaviors.

Develop and implement process improvement initiatives to achieve production targets and meet customer requirements.

Position Requirements

Education: Engineering Degrees

Technical Competences: Problem Solving, Safety and Health Standars, Learning & Development, Talent Management.

Skills: Conflict Management, Action Oriented.

Experience: Team Leader, Auditor, Supervisor

Languages: English – Preferred.

Soft Competences: Results Oriented, Customer Focus, Collaboration.
