Description and Requirements

Product Ownership: Define requirements and acceptance criteria for subscription payment capabilities (recurring billing, retries, credentials management, recoveries) and lead cross-functional teams through execution while ensuring alignment across internal teams and external partners

End-to-End Subscription Flows: Design and validate subscription payment flows including initial transactions, recurring charges, retry logic, failures, and recovery mechanisms to ensure consistent implementation across geos and channels

Payment Risk & Compliance: Evaluate and implement payment and fraud controls specific to subscription models while ensuring alignment with card network rules, PSP requirements, and audit standards

BPO Enablement: Partner with BPO teams to operationalize subscription payment logic, ensure consistent handling of scenarios, and reduce manual interventions

Testing & Readiness: Partner with stakeholders, testers and IT to define testing approach, data requirements, and rollout readiness for subscription payments and new service launches

Performance & Optimization: Define and track success metrics (e.g., success rates, retry performance, involuntary churn) and support continuous optimization efforts

Enablement & Documentation: Create and maintain payment, process, and flow documentation to support onboarding and scaling of subscription capabilities
