About the role
What do we expect you to bring?
University degree (Business Administration, Finance, Engineering or related fields); Master's degree (MBA/MSc) is an asset.
2–3 years of experience in claims operations or insurance support functions.
Proficiency in MS Office; JIRA knowledge is an asset.
Strong analytical thinking, problem-solving, learning agility and customer-oriented mindset.
Effective communication and stakeholder management skills.
Good level of English is a must.
Having knowledge in Artificial Intelligence (AI) development, Data Analytics, Data Intelligence, AI/Data Strategy and ChatGPT.
How can you make an impact?
Support end-to-end claims operations to ensure efficient and high-quality service delivery.
Coordinate with internal teams and stakeholders to ensure smooth execution of operational processes.
Monitor operational performance, analyze results and contribute to KPI achievement.
Identify process improvement opportunities and support implementation of operational excellence initiatives.
Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures and service standards.
Contribute to customer satisfaction by supporting timely and accurate claims handling.
Prepare operational reports and provide insights to support decision-making.
Participate in digital transformation and continuous improvement initiatives within Claims Operations.
