Main Goal

Under the supervision of the Marketing Manager, defines the most profitable product portfolio for the assigned market together with the Product Development team. Responsible for developing and executing customer-focused marketing strategies for the product portfolio, leveraging technical expertise to achieve revenue, sales, and profitability targets.

Job description

Develop and execute the marketing strategy for the corn portfolio in line with business objectives and growth targets.

Analyze market trends, customer needs, competitor activities, and pricing to generate actionable market insights.

Plan and implement demand generation initiatives together with the Sales team to achieve sales and market share targets.

Manage the positioning and lifecycle of the corn portfolio, supporting new variety introductions and product launches.

Coordinate technical trials, evaluate results, and collaborate with R&D and DPM teams to optimize product positioning.

Deliver technical presentations, product training, and agronomic support to internal teams, distributors, and customers.

Build and maintain strong relationships with distributors, farmers, and key stakeholders through technical meetings and field activities.

Plan and coordinate agricultural fairs, field days, demonstrations, and other promotional events.

Develop and manage marketing campaigns, promotional materials, website content, and social media activities in collaboration with internal teams and external agencies.

Monitor CRM performance, promote CRM adoption, and ensure effective reporting of key marketing KPIs.

Contribute to strategic business planning, including the Mid-Term Plan (MTP), by providing market analysis and business recommendations.

Ensure compliance with applicable legal and regulatory requirements related to marketing and digital communication.

Work closely with cross-functional teams, including Sales, Marketing, R&D, DPM, and external partners, to deliver business objectives.

What we expect of you

Agricultural engineer

Proficient user of MS Office ,

Minimum 5 years of experience in the agriculture and seed industry.

Strong technical expertise in corn cultivation and agronomy.

Good command of English.

No restrictions on domestic and international travel.

Knowledge of CRM systems and customer relationship management principles.
