Responsabilidades

Operar a rebobinadeira (Slitter), garantindo a correta configuração dos equipamentos e a execução dos processos de corte conforme os padrões estabelecidos. Será responsável por realizar setups, ajustes de tensão, enfiamento de bobinas, balanceamento de rolos e configuração das facas de corte, assegurando a qualidade do produto final. Também atuará no monitoramento dos sistemas de inspeção, identificando desvios de qualidade e realizando intervenções sempre que necessário. Espera-se um profissional atento aos detalhes, com perfil técnico e foco em excelência operacional, capaz de identificar oportunidades de melhoria, atuar preventivamente em relação a possíveis falhas e contribuir para um ambiente seguro, produtivo e organizado.

Requisitos para o cargo:

Ensino médio completo;

Experiência em operação de máquinas industriais;

Disponibilidade para trabalhar em turnos;

Capacidade de interpretar e seguir procedimentos operacionais (SOP/LUP);

Conhecimento em segurança operacional e qualidade;

Perfil organizado, proativo e orientado para resultados;

Boa capacidade de trabalho em equipe.

Valorizamos se você possui também:

Experiência em processos de rebobinamento e corte (Slitter);

Conhecimento em ajuste de tensão, perfil de rolos e setup de equipamentos;

Familiaridade com sistemas de inspeção de qualidade, como ISRA ou DR Schenk;

Experiência em indústria de embalagens flexíveis;

Conhecimento em ferramentas de melhoria contínua e análise de causa raiz;

Vivência com manutenção autônoma e troubleshooting de equipamentos;

Conhecimento em Boas Práticas de Fabricação (BPF).

Sets up and operates automatic or semiautomatic machines and related equipment in a continuous production/processing operation - Monitors meters, gauges, valves, flow ratios, temperatures, pressures, and related controls and guidelines to ensure adherence to production/process specifications - Reports any malfunctions or abnormalities and makes minor adjustments and repairs to equipment - Performs all work in accordance with established safety procedures
