YOUR IMPACT

You will support operational excellence across Asia Professional Development (PD) Operations by managing accurate data, coordinating review-related processes, enabling timely communications, and providing reliable administrative and logistical support to PD stakeholders.

You will help ensure operational excellence across the Asian PD function by delivering accurate data and process management, seamless logistical and communication support, and reliable execution of a broad range of PD-related operational tasks, focused on the review process support.

Your responsibilities will include executing standardized administrative support processes, organizing and managing information such as people data, and collaborating with colleagues to provide seamless support. Key tasks may involve managing committee rosters, ensuring data accuracy, tracking the completion of PD and/or review-related documents, sending communications to evaluees and evaluators, and organizing day-of -review support. You will leverage your organizational and communication skills to coordinate logistics, gather relevant documents, ensure timely and effective communication, and maintain accurate data.

Based in our Manila/ Gurugram Service Center office, you will join our Asia PD Operations team supporting our Professional Development (PD) function in Asia.

You will collaborate closely with PD Managers, Specialists and Coordinators, administrators, and colleagues across the firm to support PD-related activities for practices and/or office locations across Europe, while contributing to McKinsey's culture of continuous feedback and development.

YOUR QUALIFICATIONS AND SKILLS

Bachelor’s degree or relevant work experience is required

1+ years of professional experience in HR, Talent or Professional development operations

Able to work efficiently and effectively in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment

Strong attention to detail to ensure accuracy when handling information and following established processes

Strong technical skills, including proficiency in Outlook, PowerPoint, Word, and Excel. Specific experience with excel is preferred

Outstanding organizational skills; detail-oriented; able to prioritize and multitask; strong ownership evident through responsibility and accountability for product; highly proactive mindset

Demonstrates good judgment and knows when to seek guidance

Ability to work in-person at the Manila or Gurugram Service Center for a minimum of two days a week, with the flexibility to work from other office or non-office settings and travel to less accessible environments as team schedules or business needs require (excluding legally exempt circumstances)

Strong communication skills in English; both verbal and written
