Accountant (Paternity leave replacement)

About The Role

As Accountant, you will report directly to the Accountant responsible and play a key role in ensuring high-quality accounting operations.

You’ll act as a trusted partner across the business, ensuring our accounting processes are robust, compliant, and continuously improving.

What You’ll Be Doing

Monitor incoming payments.

Support reconciliation of customer accounts and resolve discrepancies.

Accounts Payable.

Process supplier invoices and employee expenses.

Prepare payment runs and maintain supplier records.

Reconcile supplier statements and resolve queries.

Support month-end closing activities and reconciliations.

Maintain accurate accounting records.

Support daily treasury and cash flow activities

Assist with bank reconciliations and cash monitoring

Who We’re Looking For

You are an ambitious and detail-oriented professional who thrives in a dynamic, international environment. You combine technical expertise with a proactive and hands-on mindset.

Your Background

1-2 years of experience in accounting.

Experience in accounts payable and/or accounts receivable

Exposure to month-end close processes and reconciliations

Experience supporting audits and financial reporting activities

Basic understanding of tax and treasury processes

Experience in an international organization is highly valued

Your Skills

Strong attention to detail and organizational skills

Good analytical and problem-solving abilities

Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines

Strong communication skills and team-oriented mindset

Comfortable working in a fast-paced and evolving environment

Good Excel skills

Experience working with ERP systems is desirable, particularly Microsoft Dynamics 36
