Key Responsibilities:
- Assist with the preparation of financial statements and reports.
- Maintain and update accounting records and files.
- Post transactions and categorize records in the general ledger (e.g., by assets, liabilities, and expenses).
- Reconcile bank statements.
- Process invoices and follow up with clients, suppliers, and partners as needed.
- Provide support in the preparation of budgets and financial forecasts.
- Assist with audits, fact checks, and resolving discrepancies.
- Support month-end and year-end close processes.
- Perform other administrative tasks as needed.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- Proven experience as a junior accountant or similar role.
- Additional certification (e.g., CPA) is a plus.
- Good understanding of accounting and financial reporting principles and practices.
- Excellent knowledge of MS Office and familiarity with relevant accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks).
- Strong attention to detail and confidentiality.
- Organizational and time management skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresh graduate
Pay: Php20,000.00 - Php25,000.00 per month
