Finance Analyst

Location: Pulilan, Bulacann

Job Type: Full-time Work Schedule: Monday to Friday | Regular working hours

The Finance Analyst supports accurate and timely financial reporting by reviewing, validating, and analyzing operational and cost-related data. This role helps monitor expenses, identify variances, prepare reports, and provide insights that support effective cost control and business decision-making.

Responsibilities:

Review and validate expenses during month-end closing.

Reconcile financial data and investigate variances.

Analyze operational, inventory, and workforce costs.

Maintain and update financial reports and Power BI data.

Monitor expenses and support corrective actions.

Track workforce movements and expense trends.

Maintain accurate records and support audit requirements.

Ensure compliance with reporting and documentation standards.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, Data Analytics, or a related field.

At least 4 years of experience in finance, reporting, cost analysis, or a similar role.

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with experience interpreting financial and operational data.

Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.

Experience with financial reporting, reconciliations, and data analysis is an advantage.

Ability to work accurately, manage multiple priorities, and meet reporting deadlines.

Pay: Php30,000.00 - Php37,000.00 per month
