Associate Project Manager

Your function is to plan, budget, oversee and document all aspects of the specific project/s you are working on. You may work closely with your immediate head to make sure that the scope and direction of each project is on schedule, as well as other Departments for support.

Handles IT projects specialized in Data Center Infrastructure, Structured Cabling, Information Security and Endpoint Solutions, Network and Gateway Security, and Software Solutions and Development.

Manages projects from Initiating, Planning, Executing, Monitoring and Controlling, and Closing, in line with the PMI standards.

Manages the implementation of large-scale and high-complexity projects.

Monitors project progress against plans and schedules, identifying and resolving problems, and updating project plans as needed.

Leads the project team. Plans and schedules project resources efficiently.

Manages and controls the project expenses to meet the allocated budget for each project.

Ensures stakeholder satisfaction and maintains contact with customers for feedback.

Provides project status reports to ensure alignment with the company standards and adherence to budgets and set deadlines. Weekly reporting to the PMO Manager is required.

Maintains project records, including meeting minutes, activity reports, and project documents.

Maintains (with regular training and updates as necessary) the knowledge, technical skills, and qualifications that are necessary to perform the job role.

Qualifications:

Graduate of a Bachelor’s Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field

At least 2 years of experience handling end-to-end IT projects

Experience working in the IT industry

Strong project coordination and communication skills

Knowledge of project management methodologies and tools is an advantage

Ability to manage multiple tasks and work in a fast-paced environment
