Key Responsibilities

Active Monitoring: Constant surveillance of live camera feeds across multiple screens to detect crimes, safety hazards, or unauthorized access.

Incident Response: Immediately notifying security personnel, management, or emergency services (police, fire, medical) when an incident is detected.

Data Management: Recording, storing, and retrieving video footage for evidence or internal investigations in accordance with data privacy laws.

Equipment Maintenance: Conducting routine checks on cameras and monitors to ensure they are functioning correctly and reporting any technical faults to the IT or maintenance department.

Documentation: Maintaining accurate logs of all daily activities, significant incidents, and equipment malfunctions.
