Bachelor's degree in Accountancy, Engineering, Mathematics, or any related field.
Strong analytical, numerical, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while maintaining accuracy and confidentiality.
Fresh graduates are welcome to apply; relevant work experience in cost accounting, inventory management, or financial analysis is preferred.
Duties and Responsibilities
Encode all Proforma Invoices (PIs) into the company's Costing Template accurately and on time.
Prepare and generate Purchase Orders (POs) for all imported products.
Update and revise costing sheets based on actual importation expenses, including customs duties, brokerage fees, trucking charges, and other related costs.
Monitor inventory levels of imported items and provide replenishment recommendations to ensure adequate stock availability.
Encode and maintain all product price updates in the Price Change monitoring file.
Research, verify, and encode purchase prices of special-order items (e.g., bathtubs, shower enclosures, and other customized products).
Update costing sheets based on actual foreign exchange rates and peso equivalent values.
Encode, monitor, and track all special orders and requests received from Store Managers.
Assist in preparing product allocations for newly imported items across branches.
Review and update costing sheets and Purchase Orders based on Final Commercial Invoices (CIs), ensuring that any discrepancies between the Proforma Invoice (PI) and Commercial Invoice (CI) are identified and resolved.
Prepare additional Purchase Orders for importation-related Stock Delivery Receipts (SDRs) as necessary.
Ensure that all importation records, costing files, and procurement documents are complete, accurate, and properly maintained.
Coordinate with the Product Manager, Market Planner, Warehouse, Finance, and other concerned departments regarding importation transactions, inventory status, and documentation.
Generate reports and perform data analysis to support inventory planning, procurement decisions, and operational requirements.
Perform other duties and responsibilities that may be assigned by Management or the immediate supervisor.
Pay: Php16,000.00 - Php20,000.00 per month
