Position: Project Manager - Batangas

Company Industry: Manufacturing Company

Work Location: Lipa Batangas

Work Schedule: Monday to Saturday (8:00 am - 5:00pm)

Salary: Php25,000 – Php40,000 gross

Work Set Up: Working onsite

Job Qualifications

Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical, Industrial, Manufacturing Engineering, or any related engineering field. A Professional Engineer (Licensed Engineer) is an advantage.

Minimum of 5 years of experience in manufacturing or project engineering, preferably in precision metal parts, machining, or the automotive industry.

Proficient in CAD software (AutoCAD and/or SolidWorks), engineering drawings, GD&T, and manufacturing processes.

Knowledgeable in quality management tools such as FMEA, Control Plans, and PPAP.

Experience working in a PEZA-registered or export-oriented manufacturing company is preferred.

Job Description

Manage and oversee technical projects, including new product development, process optimization, tooling and jig design, equipment installation, and customer-specific projects.

Prepare and maintain APQP and PPAP documentation to support project and customer requirements.

Collaborate with production, quality, maintenance, and suppliers to ensure efficient project implementation and resolve technical issues.

Perform root cause analysis, implement corrective actions, and promote continuous improvement initiatives using Lean Manufacturing, 6S, and Kaizen methodologies.

Track project schedules, budgets, and quality performance while preparing regular progress reports for management.
