Financial Analyst

Responsibilities:

Review and analyze financial and operational data, including Manufacturing, Logistics, SG&A, labor costs, production output, inventory, and fuel expenses.

Process closing-period expense transactions and ensure accurate classification and ledger allocation.

Coordinate expense reclassifications and review accruals, reversals, and actual costs.

Reconcile SG&A data across systems and investigate significant variances.

Perform variance analysis on inventory usage, shrinkage, provisions, and other cost drivers.

Validate accrual completeness and conduct trend and performance analysis.

Maintain financial data in Power BI and other reporting tools.

Monitor business performance, track variances, and support corrective actions.

Follow up on issues related to shrinkage, rework, and aging inventory.

Maintain records of FTE and outsourced labor movements.

Monitor A&P expense allocation and marketing spend phasing.

Track and report expenses by segment and cost category.

Support data archiving, records retention, and document management in compliance with audit, statutory, and company requirements.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, Data Analytics, or a related field.

At least 4 years of relevant work experience.

Financial and data analysis; proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.

Pay: Up to Php37,000.00 per month
