Accounting - Finance Officer

Educational Requirement:

· Bachelors Degree of Accounting /Finance or any related four-year course

Job Description:

· Responsible for the company’s outgoing business such as bank transactions particular in deposit collections and withdrawals.

· Familiar with the different location and place as needed for the outside transactions.

· Checks the sales monitoring in Jolliant Store by means of daily auditing/inventory.

· Weekly inventory at Jolliant Commissary Storage Area (Dry, Raw Materials, Frozen Goods and Beverages).

· Double checking of invoices for delivery.

· Maintains filing system in highly pertinent documents such as sales monitoring and delivery receipt.

· Assigned to release check for suppliers in every collection.

· Payroll processing such as encoding and computation.

· Other duties may be assigned by the General Manager if necessary.

Pay: From Php18,000.00 per month
