About the role
Key Responsibilities:
Source, screen, and interview healthcare professionals for U.S. clients.
Manage the full recruitment process from sourcing to onboarding.
Coordinate interviews and maintain candidate pipelines.
Meet hiring targets while delivering an excellent candidate experience.
Qualifications:
Minimum 2 years of healthcare recruitment experience.
Experience recruiting RNs, LPNs, CNAs, Allied Health, or other healthcare professionals.
Strong sourcing and interviewing skills.
Excellent English communication skills.
Familiarity with ATS, LinkedIn Recruiter, Indeed, and other job boards.
Highly organized and able to work in a fast-paced environment.
Willing to work U.S. business hours.
