Job Summary:

We are looking for a highly organized and detail-oriented Marketing Coordinator to support the day-to-day operations of our marketing team across three consumer wellness brands.

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys keeping projects organized, managing multiple priorities, and ensuring marketing activities are executed smoothly. You will play a key role in coordinating campaigns, supporting social media and community management efforts, maintaining project workflows, and handling administrative tasks that help the team stay productive and focused.

Reporting directly to the Director of Content Strategy, you will work closely with internal stakeholders, contractors, and cross-functional teams to ensure projects are completed on time and according to plan.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage project timelines, task assignments, and progress tracking in ClickUp.

Monitor marketing campaigns and product launches, identifying and escalating potential delays.

Coordinate with team members to secure approvals, assets, and deliverables on time.

Maintain content calendars, campaign trackers, and launch checklists.

Schedule meetings and support team calendar management.

Coordinate contractor onboarding and payment processing.

Serve as the primary contact for marketing requests from internal stakeholders, including Retail and R&D teams.

Schedule and publish content across social media platforms.

Draft basic social media captions and copy for review.

Monitor and respond to social media comments and messages following brand guidelines.

Compile and report key performance metrics for social media, email, and marketing campaigns.

Organize and maintain marketing assets, content libraries, and shared resources.

Support ExpertVoice administration, including product uploads and routine approvals.

Coordinate influencer and creator partnerships, including product gifting, shipment tracking, follow-ups, and documentation.

Monitor competitor activity and industry trends, sharing relevant insights with the team.

Qualifications:

At least 2 years of experience in Marketing Coordination, Project Coordination, or Administrative Support.

Experience supporting marketing, e-commerce, creative, or consumer-facing brands.

Proficiency in project management tools such as ClickUp.

Experience with social media scheduling and management tools.
