Job Summary:

We are seeking a motivated, detail-oriented individual to join our team in an entry-level Marketplace Specialist role. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who is eager to learn about the e-commerce industry, develop new skills, and grow within a fast-paced, collaborative environment.

In this role, you will assist with preparing monthly reports, completing a variety of ad hoc projects, and providing day-to-day support for agency clients. You will also play an active role in onboarding and mentoring new hires by providing Amazon-related training and hands-on guidance as they support external client accounts. The ideal candidate is highly organized, able to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously, and adaptable to changing priorities. Strong communication skills, a positive attitude, and a willingness to learn are essential.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage Amazon Seller Central accounts and perform day-to-day marketplace support.

Prepare and deliver monthly reports for various projects.

Assist with ad hoc reporting requests and issue tracking as needed.

Provide floating support across various agency client accounts, filling gaps as priorities shift.

Maintain accuracy and consistency in reporting, documentation, and client deliverables.

Collaborate with internal teams and agency partners to ensure project success.

Train and onboard new hires on Amazon Seller Central processes, best practices, and internal workflows.

Work side by side with newly hired team members, providing coaching and hands-on support as they begin supporting external client accounts.

Provide direct operational support to external clients as needed, ensuring timely and professional assistance.

Develop, update, and maintain Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), training materials, and process documentation while identifying opportunities to improve operational efficiency and standardize workflows.

Identify opportunities to improve processes and share knowledge with the team.

Preferred Skills and Qualifications:

Basic experience working with e-commerce marketplaces such as Amazon Seller Central.

Basic understanding of PPC is a plus.

Fluent in English, both written and verbal.

Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills.

Comfortable working with spreadsheets and data analysis (Excel proficiency is a plus).

Proficient in Microsoft Office Tools (MS 365)

Able to manage shifting priorities across multiple accounts and projects.

Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to train and mentor others.

Highly receptive to coaching, feedback, and ongoing professional development.

Ability to rapidly learn and apply new skills, procedures, and technologies.

Adaptable, proactive, and eager to learn and grow within the role.

Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with cross-functional teams

Amenable for permanent hybrid set-up and night shift schedule.
