Legal Officer

Role Overview

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Legal Officer to join our team in Breda. This is an onsite position requiring a minimum of 32 hours per week. In this role, you will support the legal and corporate governance needs of our clients, ensuring compliance with applicable laws and regulations while maintaining high service standards.

Key Responsibilities:

Provide legal and administrative support for corporate entities, including incorporation, restructuring, and liquidation processes

Prepare, review, and maintain legal documentation such as resolutions, agreements, and statutory records

Ensure compliance with local regulations and internal governance policies

Support client onboarding processes, including KYC and due diligence requirements

Liaise with internal stakeholders, regulators, legal advisors, and external service providers

Monitor changes in relevant legislation and assess their impact on client structures

Maintain accurate and up-to-date corporate records and databases

Assist with client queries and provide timely, professional legal support

Qualifications and experience:

Bachelor’s or master’s degree in law or a related field

2–5 years of relevant experience in corporate/legal services, financial services, or a law firm

Strong understanding of Dutch corporate law and regulatory frameworks (preferred)

Experience with corporate governance and entity management

Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English (Dutch is a plus)
