In this role, you will own the technical engagement throughout the sales cycle, working across both existing customers and new business opportunities. You will architect and position solutions within complex enterprise environments, manage multiple opportunities simultaneously, and demonstrate the art of what’s possible with NetApp’s portfolio across hybrid cloud, data management, and AI-driven technologies.
Success in this position requires a combination of deep technical expertise, strong collaboration with channel partners, and the ability to engage confidently with both technical and business stakeholders. Job Requirements
Proven (4 year +) success supporting enterprise or large customers in complex sales cycles (preferred financial services sectors experience)
Engage customers in forward-looking conversations around AI readiness, data strategy, hybrid cloud, and disaster recovery
Strong knowledge of Data Storage, Data Protection/Continuity (including Cyber), Virtualization, Containers and ideally Cloud architectures.
Strong discovery, communication, and presentation skills, able to translate technical capabilities into clear business value
Collaborate with client executives, channel partners and specialists to deliver seamless outcomes and drive demand generation, enablement, and joint selling motions.
Demonstrate ownership of issues / solutions / architectures in customer or partner environments and work with extended team to help resolve for delivering the highest customer experience.
Strong expertise in Technical Pre-Sales, with the ability to do hands-on POCs and conduct technical workshops
Ability to assist in creating ROI/TCO overview and competitive advantages of solution offerings
Excellent written and verbal French/English communication skills, including making technology oriented commercial presentations and answering RFPs with partners or sales.
Maintain deep knowledge of NetApp’s portfolio and competitive landscape to guide customer strategy.
Partner closely with internal teams to ensure successful implementation and customer satisfaction.
Travel to the prospective customer's sites & locations as necessary.
Knowledge of NetApp’s competitive and alliance landscape would be an added advantage
Education
Typically requires a minimum of 6 years of related experience with a bachelor’s degree; or 5 years and a Master’s degree;
