As Head of HR Operations & Digitalization, you will lead our global HR Services organization and serve as a strategic partner to HR, IT, and business stakeholders worldwide. You will be responsible for advancing our HR technology landscape, leveraging AI and analytics to improve decision-making and employee experience, and ensuring efficient and scalable HR operations across the organization.

Your Responsibilities

Lead the Global HR Operations & Digitalization Organization

Drive HR Digitalization & AI and define and execute the global HR Digitalization and AI strategy

Own and continuously improve the global HR Services operating model

Ensure excellence, efficiency, and compliance across all core HR service processes

Lead and develop global teams responsible for HR Operations; Pay & Time Management; HR Reporting & Analytics; HR Processes & Systems

Drive standardization, harmonization, and simplification of HR processes across countries and business functions

Establish and monitor service delivery KPIs and operational performance metrics

Implementation and development of a predictive Analytics solution for HR

Leverage Artificial Intelligence and automation to transform HR processes and increase organizational effectiveness

Ensure seamless integration between HR, payroll, time management, and other enterprise platforms

Drive adoption of AI-enabled solutions across the HR function while ensuring compliance, data privacy, and ethical standards

Act as a thought leader and trusted advisor on emerging HR technology trends, digital workforce solutions, and people analytics

Partner closely with IT to define technology roadmaps and ensure successful implementation of digital initiatives

Establish a data-driven HR organization through advanced reporting and analytics capabilities and deliver meaningful workforce insights to HR and stakeholders

Drive data quality, governance, and transparency across the organization

Build strong partnerships across the company, e.g. towards HR Business Partners and Centers of Excellence and serve as the primary HR counterpart for IT, Data & Analytics, Information Security, Legal, Compliance, Finance, works council and other corporate functions.

Lead cross-functional transformation initiatives with global impact

Your Profile

University degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Information Systems, Computer Science, or a related discipline

Extensive leadership experience in an international HR environment

Proven track record in HR Digitalization, HR Transformation, and HR Shared Services leadership

Deep understanding of HR systems, process architecture, and data management with focus on SAP solutions (SuccessFactors) and ideally Service Now

Experience leading large-scale global change and transformation programs

Ability to translate business and HR strategy into scalable service and technology solutions

Strong business acumen and enterprise-wide perspective

Visionary mindset combined with strong execution capabilities

Curiosity and passion for innovation

Ability to assess emerging technologies and translate them into business value

Exceptional communication and influencing skills, as well as the ability to build trust and credibility with senior leaders and stakeholders

Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities

Inspirational and inclusive leadership style and the ability to build, develop, and retain high-performing teams
