YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES

As Project Manager (m/f/d) Reporting and Analytics, you will be responsible for the sustainable transformation of reporting through the implementation of a comprehensive project portfolio. You will play an active role in shaping the future vision for reporting, including its underlying processes and architecture.

You will lead the redesign of management reporting in direct collaboration with relevant stakeholders. In doing so, you will work closely with international executive management, local subsidiaries, and international functions.

In addition, you will translate business requirements into viable and pragmatic solutions. You will ensure that business and technical requirements are effectively aligned.

You will independently manage and coordinate interdisciplinary teams from both the business and IT functions. You will also contribute to decision-making processes and facilitate alignment among senior stakeholders.

Together with relevant stakeholders, you will continuously refine reporting processes and systems. You will ensure the sustainable improvement of existing structures and ways of working.

In addition, you will be responsible for designing and implementing communication, change management, and training initiatives in an international setting. You will support the transformation through target group-specific formats and initiatives.

WHAT YOU BRING

You have a degree in business administration or a comparable qualification. Ideally, you have a background in controlling or finance.

You have several years of professional experience in controlling, reporting, or similar roles. In addition, you have successfully worked on and/or led complex, cross-functional, and international projects over multiple years.

You are highly proficient in reporting, consolidation, and data processes. You are experienced in working with modern BI and analytics platforms such as SAP Datasphere, SAC, or Databricks.

You stand out for your structured, analytical, and solution-oriented approach to work. Your strong sense of pragmatism helps you develop viable solutions.

In addition, you are motivated to actively drive and support transformation initiatives. You also bring a strong sense of ownership, a results-oriented mindset, and team spirit to an international environment.

You are a strong communicator who can convey complex topics effectively to a wide range of stakeholders.

You have excellent German and English language skills. Furthermore, you are willing to travel internationally.
