Summary
As an Assistant Store Manager, you’ll work closely with the Store Manager to support strong store performance, develop a high performing team, and deliver exceptional service standards that reflect the Russell & Bromley brand.
We’re looking for an experienced leader with strong commercial awareness and the ability to maintain high retail standards while creating a positive and inclusive team environment.
This is a full time position and will require flexibility to work evenings, weekends and key trading days. We are open to discussing flexible working patterns
This role offers a competitive base salary plus sales-based commission.
About the Role
Support the Store Manager in the day to day operations and overall performance of the store
Lead by example on the shop floor to deliver an exceptional customer experience
Motivate, coach and develop the team to achieve sales targets and KPIs
Maintain high standards across visual merchandising, stock management and store presentation
Support compliance with company processes and operational standards
Take responsibility for the store in the Store Manager’s absence
About You
A confident and supportive leader who enjoys working with people
Passionate about customer experience, service and team development
Commercially aware with a good understanding of KPIs and retail operations
Experience in a management role, with a strong understanding of commercial and business operations
Hands on, adaptable and collaborative in approach
