What are your contributions to the team?

We are seeking a highly skilled Industrial & Mechanical Engineer to optimize systems, improve processes, and design mechanical solutions that enhance operational efficiency, product quality, and cost-effectiveness. This hybrid role combines process optimization, manufacturing efficiency, and mechanical design expertise to support production, engineering, and continuous improvement initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

Industrial Engineering

Analyze and optimize production processes to improve efficiency, reduce waste, and increase throughput.

Implement Lean, Six Sigma, and continuous improvement initiatives.

Conduct time studies, workflow analysis, and capacity planning.

Design facility layouts, production flows, and material handling systems.

Track productivity metrics and recommend operational improvements.

Partner with operations to enhance quality, safety, and cost performance.

Support inventory management, supply chain optimization, and demand planning.

Mechanical Engineering

Design, develop, test, and improve mechanical components and systems.

Create and maintain CAD models, engineering drawings, and specifications using tools such as SolidWorks and AutoCAD.

Perform stress, thermal, and vibration analyses to ensure reliability and performance.

Oversee equipment installation, maintenance, troubleshooting, and upgrades.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams on product development and manufacturing processes.

Lead root cause analysis and corrective actions for mechanical failures.

Ensure compliance with industry standards, regulations, and safety requirements.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related discipline.

Strong understanding of Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, and process improvement methodologies.

Proficiency with CAD software (SolidWorks, AutoCAD, or equivalent).

Experience with ERP systems, engineering software, and data analysis tools.

Knowledge of manufacturing processes, including machining, fabrication, assembly, automation, and production systems.

Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and teamwork skills.

Preferred Qualifications

Lean Six Sigma Green Belt or Black Belt certification.

Experience with automation, robotics, and aerospace environments.

Knowledge of simulation and engineering analysis tools such as Arena, MATLAB, and ANSYS.

Familiarity with Industry 4.0 technologies, including IoT, data analytics, and smart manufacturing.
