What You'll Do:

Provide customer service to employees, clients, and visitors by following security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and emergency response protocols at a financial institution location.

Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, professional, and problem-solving manner, contacting emergency services and/or management as appropriate.

Conduct regular and random armed patrols of the building, grounds, parking areas, and perimeter to help deter unauthorized activity and identify security-related concerns.

Monitor access points and restricted areas, verify credentials, and report suspicious activity, policy violations, and/or unusual conditions.

Maintain required armed officer credentials, carry assigned equipment in accordance with Allied Universal policies and applicable laws, and complete accurate incident and patrol reports.

Minimum Requirements:

Have at least three years of combined law enforcement, military, and/or security-related experience, or possess a college degree.

Be at least 21 years of age.

An armed guard card or license is preferred.

Customer service experience is preferred.

Comfort using a computer or tablet is preferred.

Be at least 21 years of age for armed roles.

Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.

As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.

Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.

As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.

Participate in industry-specific security training programs.

Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.

A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
