You’ll work across several flagship platforms including

AI-powered decision support systems

Customer identity and data platforms

Marketing measurement and optimisation platforms

Data platforms processing millions of customer interactions

Generative AI applications transforming how global businesses make decisions

What you’ll do

As a Junior Software Engineer you will

Build and improve product features with support from experienced engineers

Develop APIs, backend services and user-facing applications

Write clear, reliable and well-tested code

Work with cloud-native applications on Microsoft Azure

Help build data and AI-powered solutions

Debug issues and contribute to production support

Take part in code reviews and learn modern engineering practices

Collaborate with Software Engineers, Data Scientists, AI Engineers and Product Managers

Work with engineering teams across the global dentsu network

Grow your technical skills while contributing to products used by enterprise clients

What we’re looking for

Up to 2 years of professional software development experience, including internships or graduate programmes; strong personal or academic projects are also welcome

A foundation in Python, TypeScript or JavaScript

Familiarity with APIs, databases, Git and modern development practices

An understanding of testing and clean, maintainable code

A relevant qualification or equivalent practical experience

Good problem-solving and communication skills

Curiosity, humility and a strong desire to learn
