Job Title: Sales Operations & Coaching Manager

Location: Remote | US Hours

Employment Type: Full-Time | Independent Contractor

Role Overview:

We need a seasoned sales leader who can balance the people side of management with the operational rigor that keeps a BPO sales team running at its best. You're equally comfortable reviewing call quality as you are presenting a resource ask to senior leadership. You think like an executive, not just a manager.

Key Responsibilities:

Own the full performance cycle - from onboarding and coaching to PIPs and managing out

Build and iterate on sales playbooks that balance structure with rep judgment

Track and analyze team metrics to identify systemic versus individual performance issues

Manage day-to-day operations including CRM, reporting, and process optimization

Proactively communicate updates, blockers, and business cases to leadership

Drive a culture of accountability, quality, and continuous improvement

Required Qualifications:

4+ years of senior BPO sales management experience

Strong operational background - reporting, process design, performance tracking

Must have worked remotely with US-based companies (non-negotiable)

American accent and polished communication skills (non-negotiable)

Proven ability to manage up - framing asks and updates in terms of business impact

Comfortable with direct, sometimes difficult performance conversations
