Requirements

A relevant three-tertiary qualification

Eight (8) years’ relevant managerial and functional experience

Knowledge of relevant legislation

Computer literacy – Microsoft Office Applications, SAP etc.

A valid Code B driver’s licence.

Key Performance Areas

Champion HR initiatives, interventions and strategies and

take accountability for ensuring effective implementation

of the HR function within the Spatial Planning and

Environment Directorate

Ensure consistent implementation and application of corporate

human resources

Provide guidance and expert professional advice to line

departments on matters relating to talent management,

employee relations, organizational development, human

resource-related policies, procedures and legislation,

occupational health and safety, training and development,

performance management, job evaluation and remuneration
