We have an exciting opportunity for a Sourcing Assistant who is highly organised, detail-oriented, and enjoys working collaboratively to support the efficient coordination of sourcing and administrative activities.

Key Responsibilities

Assist Sourcing Co-ordinators with the preparation and compilation of new brief packs.

Co-ordination of outward and inward bound parcels.

Accurately record and track the movement of garments, swatches, artwork, and colour submissions on the relevant GIS system.

Facilitate the movement of garments between departments for fit sessions and related activities.

Ensure garments are available and prepared for reviews, presentations, and showings.

Liaise regularly with vendors and buyers to manage day-to-day operational requirements.

Process internal payment requests and raise orders for locally sourced packaging.

Provide general administrative support to the sourcing team.

Qualifications and Experience

Qualifications: Minimum Grade 12 (Matric) Experience and Knowledge: 2-3 years' administration and clerical experience, preferably within a clothing retail or importing environment. Computer literate with proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Word.
