Contact prospective clients using company-provided leads.

Promote our financial solutions professionally and ethically.

Achieve and exceed daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.

Build rapport and identify clients' financial needs.

Accurately capture client information on internal systems.

Maintain high-quality customer service standards.

Follow all compliance and company procedures.

Minimum Requirements

Minimum 1 year of outbound call centre sales experience.

Proven sales track record in a call centre environment.

Excellent communication and objection-handling skills.

Strong negotiation and closing abilities.

Computer literate.

Professional telephone etiquette.

Ability to work under pressure and achieve sales targets.

Clear criminal and credit record will be advantageous.
