Middle Salesforce Administrator (remote in Brazil)

About the role

We are looking for a Middle/Middle Strong Salesforce Administrator to join a team working on complex org structures with extensive integrations. You'll be responsible for day-to-day Salesforce administration, configuration, and support, working closely with a team of three admins and reporting directly to the Team Lead and client.

About the project

Project delivers hardware, software, and services designed to optimize asset performance for its customers. The team manages a complex Salesforce org with numerous integrations and makes active use of AI-driven tools, including Agentforce and Salesforce CPQ / Revenue Cloud.

Requirements:

3+ years of experience in Salesforce administration.

Hands-on experience with Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Experience Cloud.

Experience with CPQ and Advanced Approvals;

Experience working with Agentforce.

Experience working in older orgs with legacy metadata, including knowledge of metadata cleanup workflows.

Experience with Salesforce integrations (Eloqua, Qualified, 6Sense, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Google Ads, and others).

English: Upper-Intermediate or Advanced.

Salesforce administration and configuration.

Business process automation.

Data quality and management.

Testing, deployment, and production support.

Reporting to the Team Lead and client.

Nice to Have:

Previous experience working and communicating directly with clients.

Experience with Revenue Cloud and Data Cloud

Knowledge of Copilot.
