Job Description

• Individually conduct recruitment projects • Partnering with operations management, so that recruitment and selection of employees meet business needs • Researching and utilizing time and cost effective methods of identifying quality potential employees • Utilizing proactive and various search methods to source candidates, including advertising (print and web based), employee referrals, recruitment agencies and personal networking • Oversee the recruitment process from job specification to offer and acceptance • Conduct interviews for different positions • Manage applications and response, providing feedback to management and candidates on interviews in a professional and timely manner • Coordinate volume recruitment • Plan, allocate resources, monitor progress and provide hiring reports on volume projects • Proactively search for staffing solutions when having a limited candidate pool and provide alternative solutions • Coach Recruiters on complex hiring projects • Analyze and report on recruitment activities • Provide timely and quality recruitment and selection reports • Drive recruitment process improvement • Document all the hiring activities, by using appropriate company systems and procedures • Oversee the end-to-end recruitment process, from sourcing candidates to onboarding; • Develop and implement recruitment strategies and best practices to attract top talent; • Manage job postings on various platforms and screen applications to identify potential candidates; • Coordinate with hiring managers to schedule interviews and facilitate the selection process; • Maintain recruitment data and generate reports to analyze recruitment metrics and performance; • Collaborate with HR teams to streamline recruitment processes and enhance candidate experience; • Stay updated on industry trends and recruitment technologies to improve operational efficiency.
