Job Description

Relevant years’ experience in Billing, Invoices, Disputes Resolution, Vendor reconciliation operations, with preference for Oil & Gas industry.

Managing large teams, typically 80+ FTEs, fostering performance, engagement, and professional development.

Driving operational excellence through CPI metrics, focusing on timeliness and accuracy in financial reporting.

Is required to manage Global clients/Accounts

Will help in Transition of new Scope of Work

Will be responsible to Invoice Processing and Billing to customers and Vendors

Ensure that the full billing lifecycle is executed seamlessly, from initiation to reconciliation

Ensure timely and accurate customer invoicing and supplier payment preparation, while guiding the team to maintain compliance and efficiency

Authorize and review billing adjustments, credit notes, and refunds, ensuring proper documentation and compliance.

Leading vendor reconciliation and dispute resolution, ensuring issues are resolved efficiently and relationships are strengthened

Overseeing invoice processing and validation, ensuring transactions are properly recorded and reconciled.

Leading transformation initiatives to modernize processes, adopt new technologies, and enhance efficiency

Ensuring audit readiness and compliance with accounting principles and regulatory requirements

Communicating effectively with stakeholders, vendors, and cross-functional teams to support business objectives.

Establish controls and monitor the handling of complex accounts, invoices, and customer transactions to maintain financial integrity.

Ensure effective document matching processes to support audit readiness and accuracy

Analyze trends, identify discrepancies, and recommend corrective actions to improve financial accuracy and operational efficiency

Proven experience in leading large teams and managing complex financial processes.

Strong knowledge of ERP systems, with preference for Oracle.

Proficiency in Excel and advanced analytical skills

Excellent communication skills in English, both written and spoken.

B.COM/M.COM/MBA or relevant Business/Finance qualification

Strong knowledge of accounting principles and financial statements

BPO and Oil and Gas Industry experience is preferred
