Responsabilidades

Realizar a montagem de clichês conforme o plano de produção, garantindo a correta preparação das máquinas e a disponibilidade dos insumos necessários para o processo produtivo. Será responsável por apoiar os setups, preencher documentações operacionais e assegurar a organização dos materiais e equipamentos do setor. Também atuará na identificação de oportunidades de melhoria, participando de análises de causa raiz, manutenções e projetos de melhoria contínua. Espera-se um profissional com perfil técnico, proativo e colaborativo, capaz de trabalhar em equipe, atuar preventivamente em relação a possíveis desvios operacionais e contribuir para a segurança, qualidade e produtividade da área de Impressão.

Requisitos para o cargo:

Ensino médio completo;

Disponibilidade para atuar na área de Impressão;

Disponibilidade para trabalhar em turnos;

Experiência em ambiente industrial;

Perfil organizado, proativo e com boa capacidade de comunicação;

Comprometimento com segurança, qualidade e trabalho em equipe.

Experiência com processos de impressão industrial;

Conhecimento em montagem de clichês e setup de máquinas;

Vivência em indústria de embalagens;

Conhecimento em ferramentas de melhoria contínua;

Experiência com análise de causa raiz e PDCA;

Conhecimento em Boas Práticas de Fabricação (BPF);

Experiência em manutenção autônoma e preventiva.

Manufactures sufficient quantities of quality products at or below budgeted production costs in order to meet marketplace demand - Sets up equipment operation feed, speed and temperature - Follows established procedures for operating various conventional and/or CNC (computerized numerical control) manufacturing equipment for tasks such as cutting, punching, forming, drilling, tapping, turning, milling, and stamping to fabricate, form or shape manufactured parts, tools or parts assemblies from raw materials - Selects and measures raw materials and parts to specifications to prepare for production processing - Resolves issues related to the organization's production, machinery, processing and/or packaging operations - Responsibilities are within Manufacturing/Operations Function as a generalist or in a combination of Disciplines
