About the role:
The Administrative Assistant / Co-ordinator will support Ampere’s VP and other leaders in India. You’ll get to manage administrative tasks while working independently. You’ll plan, organise and schedule meetings and project/program reviews and travel: both domestic and international. Working with other EAs, you’ll be an team player. Good judgement, a high level of integrity, strict confidentiality, exquisite multi-tasking, and a strongly positive attitude are critical to this role. Good written and verbal communication skills and attention to detail are equally important. This position will be located in our Bangalore, India office (local candidates only, no relocation provided).
What you’ll achieve:
Schedule and manage Outlook calendars, prioritize, and resolve schedule conflicts, and handle scheduling challenges arising from urgent requests
Act as the schedule keeper while also making the executive available and accessible
Coordinate meetings/calls with external customers/attendees and their Executive Assistants
Arranging travel and accommodation for staffs or foreign visitors, Manager travel itenaries.
A large portion of this role will include working with Internal leaders across Ampere worldwide to plan, manage and execute employee events and activities.
Schedule team meetings (onsite/offsite), team events, etc. including catering, if necessary, and partner closely other members of the Administrative team on functions
Initiate purchase orders, reconcile invoices, track budgets, and complete/track expense reports
Keep external offices stocked and well supplied
Other adhoc administrative tasks including assisting Finance, HR, and Engineering teams.
About you:
Bachelors Degree in Business Administration or related fields
4+ years working experience in administrative or customer support fields
Professional appearance and courteous manner
Exceptional interpersonal communication skills
Highly-organize, strong task and time management skills
Good presentation skills. Able to communicate office policies to a wide audience
Quick learner, creative, analytical, pro-active and strong problem-solving skills
Proficiency with office technology and equipment including fax machines, copiers, printers, scanners and computers
Ability to communicate in English both writing and speaking
Proficiency with office software such as Words, Excels, Power Point, Emails, etc.
