Life Circle Health Services is looking for a dynamic and experienced person who can handle the Human Resource requirements for its Pan India operations. The candidate should be skilled to understand the company's hiring guidelines and work as per the same.
Job Description:
Put the organisation’s talent and human resources strategy into action
Handle the hiring process for Pan India operations and find qualified candidates, particularly for managerial, specialised, and expert positions.
Work with managers to determine the qualifications and abilities needed for open positions
Review policies and processes to ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws, regulations
Provide guidance and assistance to the employees in case of any HR concerns.
Handle disciplinary proceedings, terminations, and investigations involving employees
Determine and recommend changes to internal standards of conduct, such as team restructuring and morale boosting
Provide clarity and connectivity for employees so that their responsibilities fit the overall corporate strategy
Championing the onboarding process by ensuring that it is high-quality and current.
Establish and implement orientation and training programmes to help the employees get equipped for their duties
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
