About the Role
GM Manufacturing Services Pvt. Ltd. is looking for a dynamic and result-oriented HR Recruiter to join our growing team. The ideal candidate should have experience in end-to-end recruitment, excellent communication skills, and the ability to handle multiple hiring requirements efficiently.
Key Responsibilities
Manage the complete recruitment lifecycle from sourcing to onboarding.
Prepare and post job advertisements on various hiring platforms.
Handle both internal hiring and customer recruitment requirements.
Screen resumes and shortlist suitable candidates.
Conduct telephonic screening and coordinate interview schedules.
Evaluate candidates based on technical, behavioural, cultural, and salary fitment.
Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, referrals, and other recruitment channels.
Manage and update recruitment data in the Workday system.
Maintain accurate recruitment trackers and provide daily hiring updates.
Prepare offer comparisons and coordinate approval processes.
Follow up with selected candidates until they join.
Maintain a pipeline of future joiners.
Coordinate with hiring managers to understand hiring needs and update job descriptions.
Build and maintain strong relationships with existing customers for ongoing hiring requirements.
Requirements
Bachelor's or Master's degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field.
Experience in end-to-end recruitment.
Strong sourcing and screening skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to handle multiple positions simultaneously.
Good decision-making and stakeholder management skills.
Knowledge of Workday or any ATS is preferred.
Proficiency in MS Excel and MS Office.
