As an intern, you will work on live international assignments under the guidance of Chartered Accountants and experienced finance professionals.

Key Responsibilities

Assist in day-to-day accounting and bookkeeping activities.

Support Accounts Payable (AP), Accounts Receivable (AR), Record-to-Report (R2R), and General Ledger functions.

Perform bank reconciliations and balance sheet reconciliations.

Assist in monthly and year-end financial closing activities.

Prepare MIS reports, management reports, and financial analysis.

Support budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning assignments.

Work on GST, TDS, payroll, and statutory compliance activities.

Assist with international accounting assignments, including clients in the US, Europe, Australia, and the UK.

Learn and work on accounting platforms such as Xero, QuickBooks, Zoho Books, DATEV, SAP, Oracle, and other ERP systems.

Support finance transformation, automation, AI, and process improvement initiatives.

Prepare process documentation, SOPs, and client reports.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams on global service delivery projects.

Eligibility

MBA (Finance)

Strong academic background in Finance and Accounting.

CA Inter, CMA Inter, ACCA, or M.Com candidates with relevant knowledge may also be considered.

Desired Skills

Strong understanding of accounting fundamentals.

Basic knowledge of financial statements.

Good analytical and problem-solving abilities.

Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.

Good written and verbal communication skills.

Strong attention to detail.

Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
