We are a fast-growing Modular Interior Manufacturing Brand specializing in designing, manufacturing, and executing high-quality interior solutions.

We are looking for an experienced Head of Operations who can take ownership of our complete operations and drive excellence across Design, Production, Quality, Project Execution, and Delivery.

The ideal candidate should have strong experience in modular furniture manufacturing and interior execution, with the ability to manage teams, build processes, improve efficiency, and scale operations.

Role Overview

The Head of Operations will be responsible for managing the complete operational workflow:

Design → Production Planning → Manufacturing → Quality Control → Site Execution → Final Handover

The candidate will work closely with leadership to create efficient systems, improve productivity, and ensure timely project delivery with consistent quality.

Key ResponsibilitiesDesign Team Management

Lead and manage the Interior Design and Design Engineering teams.

Ensure all designs are practical, production-ready, and aligned with project requirements.

Review production drawings, BOQs, material specifications, and technical details.

Improve coordination between design, production, and execution teams.

Reduce design errors, rework, and production delays.

Establish efficient design approval and release processes.

Production & Manufacturing Management

Manage complete modular furniture manufacturing operations.

Coordinate with Production Managers, Cutlist Teams, CNC Operators, and Carpenters.

Plan and monitor production schedules to meet project deadlines.

Track productivity, quality, material usage, and wastage.

Improve factory processes and manufacturing efficiency.

Ensure smooth conversion of designs into finished products.

Project Execution Management

Oversee site installation and project execution teams.

Ensure projects are completed on time with required quality standards.

Coordinate between factory, project managers, site supervisors, vendors, and clients.

Monitor project progress from production to final handover.

Resolve site challenges and ensure customer satisfaction.

Implement quality control systems for installation work.

Operations & Process Improvement

Develop and implement SOPs across design, production, and execution.

Establish operational systems for scalability and growth.

Monitor team performance through KPIs and operational reports.

Identify process gaps and implement improvement plans.

Build strong coordination between all departments.

Support business expansion by creating efficient workflows.

Candidate Requirements

5–10 years of experience in Modular Interiors, Furniture Manufacturing, or Turnkey Interior Execution.

Proven experience managing design, production, and site execution teams.

Strong knowledge of modular kitchens, wardrobes, customized furniture, and interior manufacturing.

Understanding of CNC workflows, BOM, cutlists, production drawings, and installation processes.

Strong leadership and team management skills.

Excellent planning, communication, and problem-solving abilities.

Ability to manage multiple projects and deliver results under deadlines.

Preferred Candidate Profile

Experience working with established modular interior brands or furniture manufacturing companies.

Hands-on experience managing factory-to-site operations.

Experience in setting up processes, improving productivity, and scaling teams.

Strong ownership mindset with the ability to lead independently.
