Role Summary
The New Units -Senior Project Coordinator will oversee the end-to-end execution and strategic monitoring of complex multi-disciplinary projects (New Units -GT, ST, Plant, Electrical, UX Cyber, and Panels). This role serves as a vital link between tactical operations and global leadership, ensuring milestone accuracy, process optimization, and data-driven decision-making.
Key Responsibilities
Program Monitoring & Governance: Maintain real-time oversight of HDNU CND/MND project status, ensuring all functional areas (GT/ST/Plant/Electrical/UX/Panels) remain aligned with quality and timeline standards.
Strategic Scheduling: Partner with PO/RT teams to manage critical milestone planning, ensuring cross-functional project schedules are integrated and achievable.
Performance Optimization (NPI & Kaizen): Lead NPI Kaizen initiatives by designing and maintaining comprehensive Gantt charts, driving project velocity, and streamlining workflows.
Operational Execution: Manage day-to-day ST/Plant operations, including sprint planning, start-date tracking, and Root Cause Countermeasure (RCC) follow-ups to resolve bottlenecks.
Executive Reporting & Visualization: Develop and maintain high-impact dashboards for the Panels team. Prepare and present Monthly Activity Reports (MAR) to senior leadership.
Risk & Stakeholder Management: Facilitate Project Development/Management (PDM) meetings, actively documenting risks, tracking mitigation efforts, and reporting updates to key stakeholders.
Portfolio Oversight: Drive LOB Alpha tracking and provide tactical support for a portfolio of 60+ GT projects, ensuring global strategy is translated into effective local execution.

Work Experience
Bachelor’s degree (BE/B.Tech) in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering
Strong project management background with proficiency in scheduling tools (Gantt, MS Project, or similar).
Experience in dashboard development and data visualization (e.g., Tableau, PowerBI, or Excel-based automation).
Proven ability to manage cross-functional stakeholders and bridge the gap between tactical and executive teams.
Understanding of NPI (New Product Introduction) and Kaizen/Lean methodologies.
Exceptional communication skills, capable of distilling complex technical project data into executive-level presentations.
