ITIL/ITSM process Project Program Management Advisor

We are currently seeking a ITIL/ITSM process Project Program Management Advisor to join our team in Bengaluru, Karnātaka (IN-KA), India (IN).

Responsibility and ownership of Service Delivery improvement programs across our Data Center Service lines for Account's YoY efficiency

Deliver data-driven thought leadership and creativity for operational improvement.

Evaluate Automation deployment to determine higher adoption and drive improving automation capability and efficiency.

Work on complex problems to track and drive actions across cross-functional teams.

Analyzes the Service Level achievements compared to SLA's.

Apply statistical data analysis data mining techniques to establish a baseline and find the gaps/opportunities in delivery transformation.

Driving the efficiency and effectiveness of the ITSM processes by leveraging Data generated from various sources of Enterprise IT Systems Monitoring tools.

Identification and Implementation of Automation within IT Infrastructure Managed Services

Six Sigma/LEAN based approach management of all on-going improvement initiatives as well as controlling and reporting on sustaining initiatives.

Proactively identify and own the execution of Improvement opportunities in conjunction with customer’s Business Strategy Innovation
