We are looking for a highly analytical, data-driven Digital Marketing Executive to scale Café Desire’s digital footprint and lead generation engine. Unlike traditional roles, this position is focused 60% to 70% on core Paid Campaign Management (Google Ads, Meta Ads, and GA4 Architecture). The remaining bandwidth will be dedicated to running our automated lifecycle campaigns (Email & WhatsApp) and driving organic growth using both traditional SEO and cutting-edge Generative SEO (GEO) frameworks. Key Responsibilities 1. Paid Ads & Performance Management (60% - 70% of the Role) ● Google Ads Mastery: Plan, launch, and optimize high-converting Search, Display, Performance Max (PMax), and Remarketing campaigns. ● Meta Ads Management: Build and manage targeted Facebook and Instagram ad funnels aimed at both B2B lead generation and Direct-to-Consumer (D2C) sales. ● Analytics & Attribution: Own Google Analytics (GA4), custom UTM tracking parameters, and conversion tracking to accurately measure ROI and lower customer acquisition costs (CAC). ● Budget & A/B Testing: Constantly monitor ad budgets, test ad creatives/hooks, and optimize bidding strategies to maximize conversions.

2. Email & WhatsApp Lifecycle Campaigns ● Campaign Execution: Design, build, and deploy our broadcast email and WhatsApp marketing campaigns to nurture cold leads and retain existing clients. ● Automation Funnels: Setup behavioral triggers, drip sequences, and automated workflows to increase customer lifetime value (LTV). ● Database Segmentation: Segment customer lists based on behavior, purchase patterns, and industry verticals for hyper-targeted messaging.

3. Advanced & Generative SEO Optimization ● Generative Engine Optimization (GEO): Optimize our web content so Café Desire ranks effectively not just on Google Search, but across AI-search engines and generative answer platforms (like Perplexity, ChatGPT Search, and Gemini). ● Traditional On-Page & Technical SEO: Perform technical audits, site architecture improvements, meta-tagging, and intent-focused keyword research to scale organic traffic. ● AI-Assisted Content Strategy: Use advanced AI prompt engineering and generative tools to optimize landing pages, blogs, and ad copy for speed, scale, and search intent. Ideal Candidate (Requirements) ● Experience: Minimum 2–4 years of proven hands-on experience specifically in managing paid ad budgets and running automated campaigns. ● Core Tool Expertise (Must-Have): Google Ads Manager, Meta Business Suite, Google Analytics (GA4), and Tag Manager. ● Lifecycle Marketing Tools: Hands-on experience with platforms like Brevo, Mailchimp, Interakt, Wati, or similar Email/WhatsApp marketing systems. ● AI & Optimization Skills: High proficiency with AI optimization tools for content restructuring, keyword alignment, and generative search visibility. ● Analytical Thinking: A mindset obsessed with metrics like CTR, ROAS, Cost-Per-Lead (CPL), and conversion rates. ● Copywriting: Ability to write sharp, persuasive, high-converting ad copies and email headers using AI as an accelerator. ● Availability: Immediate joiners or candidates with short notice periods are highly preferred.
